Canterbury Cathedral

Searching for God
Event was commissioned to devise an exhibition that explores contemporary Anglicanism and its relevance to modern life bringing the true function of the building into focus. Having set up a series of propositions, Searching for God draws visitors to a jewel-like glass sculpture where the situations are revisited, accompanied by appropriate quotations from the New Testament. The displays were designed to work with the grain of the architecture and allow the historic environment full expression..

Power to Inspire
Power to Inspire placed Thomas Becket within the Christian traditions of faith, martyrdom and sainthood, and that of Canterbury itself. Several stunning artefacts, including The Becket Chasse, helped illuminate the story of the former archbishop’s life, death and enduring influence. A sound guide allowed visitors to access an additional tier of information about 12th century England and the court of Henry II.
