The Book of Kells was written around 800 AD and is one of the most beautifully illuminated manuscripts in the world. Event designed Turning Darkness into Light to interpret this unique artefact. The exhibition places the 9th century manuscript in its historical context and allows the visitor to acquire a greater appreciation of the work.
